HSRD X 1ST BIDN SOCIAL RUN #2

Second social run! Luckily, we avoided the rain today during the rainy season!
두 번째 소셜런! 운 좋게 장마기간에 오늘도 비를 피해갑니다!

Many new runners came to this social run!
이번 소셜런은 새로운 러너분들이 많이 찾아와주셨습니다-!

Be sure to warm up before starting!

출발! 동작대교를 향해 달려갑니다!

짧지만 확실하게 러닝 팁도 함께 나누며 달립니다.

It was hot from the morning, but everyone had fun running!
아침부터 더운 날씨였지만 모두 즐겁게 달려갑니다!

We can run easier if we run together.
함께 달린다면 더 쉽게 달릴 수 있죠!

Take a break by climbing the stairs(?)
잠시 계단을 오르며 쉬어가줍니다(?)

The view of Dongjak Bridge on a clear day is another refreshing experience.
맑은 날의 동작대교 전경은 또 다른 상쾌함을 느낄 수 있습니다.

Go down the circular stairs and run along the Han River again.
원형 계단을 내려와 다시 한강을 따라 달려갑니다.

Cross the small bridge too!
작은 다리도 건너고!

We run along the road right next to the Han River.
한강 바로 옆 길을 따라 달려나갑니다.

There is also a small trail passing by.
작은 오솔길도 지나갑니다.

Toward the area near Jamsu Bridge! Not a single person got tired of the heat.
잠수교 부근을 향해! 한사람도 더위에 지치지 않았습니다!

Passing the long stretch of road, beating the heat, I run toward Jamsu Bridge.
길게 뻗은 도로를 지나 더위를 이겨내며 잠수교를 향해 달립니다.

The end is in sight!
마지막이 보입니다!

The last 500m is a sprint section!
마지막 500m는 스프린트 구간!

Don't forget the final cooldown.

Return to the 1st bidon and finish with a cold coffee!
